3 tips to position your practice for GROWTH during uncertain times

Now more than ever communication is KEY.

Here are three simple tips to help your practice continue to grow during this time:

1. Patients still need to hear from you.

They need to hear the important stuff, like that you are there, how you can help, and what they need to do if they have a dental emergency. They also need encouragement, positivity, and relativity. You need to relate to their current situation; let them know you understand what they are going through, and that we’re all in this together. This may not be the time for revenue-generating messages, but instead, for being empathy-driven to cultivate relationships and build engagement.

2. Don’t stop. Shift.

Don’t stop doing what you do; keep moving forward and just shift your thinking a little and adapt to the daily changes. Make the most of what extra time you may have by putting it to good use! Brush up on things that you’ve been meaning to with continuing education. Make sure you’ve set yourself up to handle the return as smoothly as possible. It’s easy to fall into a hole, thinking “I don’t know how I’m going to push through this,” so, instead of pulling back, push through and come out ahead of the competition when everything gets back to normal. Because it will get back to normal and soon this will all be a distant memory!
