Do you use tools like Lighthouse, Solutionreach or DemandForce to get patient reviews?

[UPDATED 6/12/19]

Are those reviews showing up on Google, Facebook, and Yelp? We’re guessing no. It’s a common issue we see a lot.

Most likely they’re sitting on a web page that belongs to the service and they go no further. Sometimes this page will show up on the first page of a search when someone searches for you, but often times it doesn’t. That means not many people are seeing those reviews.

More importantly, you need them on the sites that matter for search results and where most prospective patients are looking—Google, Facebook, and Healthgrades. And we mean YOUR Google page, YOUR Facebook Page, and YOUR Healthgrades page.

Another common issue is the timing of the review request which is far too long after their visit with you. This means their thoughts about how awesome you and your team made them feel and the excellent care you provided them are not as fresh in their mind. So, in the end, you see reviews like, “Great visit!”, “Nice people” and other non-specific and boring comments. Nothing compelling to move a prospective patient to call you or feel like you can help them with the specific problem they currently have.

You want potential patients to feel confident and have trust that you can help them. If getting lots of meaningful reviews on Google, Facebook and Healthgrades (and other top review sites) is a problem for your office, we encourage you to give us a call to find out how our doctors are getting hundreds of truly fantastic and heartfelt testimonials in prominent places.
