Does Your Vision Have C.A.R.M.A.?

Last week, on Wednesday, I had the pleasure of interviewing Diane Helbig, President of Seize this Day Coaching. We discussed the all important topic of Effective Business Planning.

It was a great call! If you missed it and would like to listen in on what we talked about, I have included the recording here. Simply click to listen.

Diane offered some really great advice on how to determine the vision for your business as well as the most effective ways to develop and implement your plan.

She also shared an acronym she likes to use to help people get started in creating their vision. I so loved what it stood for, and the double meaning, that I decided to share it here. You could use this acronym not only for your business vision but also for a marketing plan or even a solo marketing campaign.

The acronym is C.A.R.M.A., it stands for:

C-Clear

A-Accountable

R-Realistic

M-Measurable

A-Ambitious

To be effective in any kind of planning, each element must be present. To learn more about each of these, I encourage you to listen in on our call above.
