Most of us are familiar with Google as one of the most utilized search engines, and have learned about the new product Google+. In previous newsletters I mentioned the increasing relevance of a Google+ Profile for a business. As of recently, Google+ has stepped up the ante with a new feature specifically for a business website. A user with a profile business page has the ability to receive a special code that can be embedded onto the website; this code notifies Search that your website is verified. With a Verified Website a search inquiry regarding your particular business is going to be found in a higher search ranking than a website that is not verified. This is another important way to optimize a search in regards to your business and can increase traffic flow.
