• A quite note for the practice owner who’s done everything right.

Good marketing isn’t enough
if it’s built on
blindspots.

You built the website.

You run the ads.

You show up on social media.

You may have even hired an agency or two.

And yet…something still feels off.

The schedule has holes.

Revenue feels unpredictable.

Growth happens, but it doesn’t stick.

If any of this feels familiar keep reading.

• Here’s what I've noticed after 17 years working alongside dental practices:

The practices that feel stuck aren’t the ones doing nothing.

They’re the ones doing everything—without a clear view of what’s actually working.

They invest in a beautiful new website.

They increase their Google Ads spend.

They hire someone for social media.

They adopt the latest patient communication software.

And when the numbers don’t move, they add more.

What rarely gets talked about is this:

You can’t fix what you can’t see.

Most practice owners are so immersed in the day-to-day—seeing patients, supporting their team, putting out fires,
that they never get the space to step back and look at the whole picture.

• The Solution

That’s why I created the Practice Growth Review.

It’s not a marketing service. It’s not a software platform. And, it’s not another vendor trying to sell you something.

It’s a clear-eyed look at your entire practice growth ecosystem, and where it’s quietly leaking opportunity.

The goal isn’t to impress you with data.

It’s to help you see what’s been hard to see from inside the day-to-day.

After this review, you’ll have clarity around:

Which marketing efforts are attractng the right patients

Where patients are falling through the cracks in the journey

What’s really going on with retention, and why it matters more than you think

Whether your internal systems are supporting growth or slowing it down

Where money is being wasted, and where additional investment would actually help

What you walk away with isn’t a thick report that gets skimmed once and forgotten.

It’s a short, prioritized roadmap. A clear sequence of what matters most and what to address next, based on impact.

You don’t need another service.

You need clarity.

• What’s Included

Everything needed to clearly understand what’s actually happening inside your practice, without adding complexity.

A focused growth roadmap

A short, prioritized sequence based on your situation — not a template, and not a generic checklist.

Patient retention insight

Clear visibility into why patients aren’t coming back, where they disengage, and what would meaningfully change that.

Team and systems review

A practical look at how your internal processes are supporting growth and where they may be unintentionally slowing things down.

ROI clarity

A grounded view of which investments are paying off, which aren’t, and where resources could be reallocated with more confidence.

• The Story

I should probably tell you why I do this.

For 17 years, I ran a dental marketing agency. We built websites.

We ran ads.

We created content.

We managed social media.

The whole playbook.

And to be honest, we were good at it.

Our clients got results.

But something kept nagging at me.

I kept seeing practices invest more and more into marketing when marketing wasn’t the problem.

A practice would come to us saying, “We need more new patients.” But when I looked closer, they were already getting plenty. They just weren’t keeping them.

Or they’d ask for a new website, when the real issue was that phone calls weren’t being converted at the front desk.

Or they’d want to increase ad spend, even though new patients couldn't get on the schedule for three or four months.

Over time, a pattern became impossible to ignore.

What most practice owners really needed wasn’t another service. They needed someone to step back, look at the whole picture, and help them see what was hard to see from inside the business.

That’s why I stopped selling services and started doing this instead.

This is the work I should have been doing years ago.

This ISN’T for everyone

Before you reach out, it’s important to be clear about who this is — and who it isn’t — for.

THIS May be a good fit IF:

  • You’ve been in practice for a few years and feel growth has leveled off

  • You’re investing in marketing but don’t have clarity on what’s actually working

  • You’re tired of vendors selling you solutions you're not sure you even need

  • You value honest feedback more than polished pitches

  • You’re willing to make real changes, not just talk about them

THIS PROBABLY not a fit IF:

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or magic bullet

  • No hard feelings if this isn’t the right fit. There are plenty of great services out there. This just isn’t one of them.
